Why is cleaning your lashes so important? 👀

Lash extensions can collect makeup, oils, sweat, dust and everyday build-up, especially if you wear eye makeup. If this isn’t removed properly, it can affect the cleanliness of your lashes, potentially impact retention and contribute to irritation or build-up around the lash line.

💗 I recommend cleaning your lash extensions ONCE A DAY, especially if you’ve been wearing makeup — and always make sure you thoroughly cleanse your lashes after wearing eye makeup.

PATCH TEST REMINDER 🤍

I’m still having clients book treatments that require a patch test without arranging one beforehand, which means I’m having to spend additional time messaging clients at the last minute to remind them.

To make this easier, I’ve now updated my online booking system so you can easily find where to book your patch test. 🤍

✨ Patch tests are FREE and only take around 10 minutes.

Previously, the patch test booking was located under my brow section, but I have now made it much easier to find.

I have also added a reminder at the very top of the description for every treatment that requires a patch test, so you can see this before booking your appointment.

Please remember:

“This service requires a patch test at least 48 hours before the service is carried out. This only applies to new clients.”

If you are a new client booking a treatment that requires a patch test, please make sure you book your patch test in plenty of time.

⚠️ If a required patch test has not been completed at least 48 hours before your appointment, your treatment may not be able to go ahead and your appointment may need to be cancelled.

I’ve made these changes to make the booking process as simple and clear as possible, but please make sure you are reading the treatment description before booking. 🤍
