A few years ago I wrote in one of my journals a goal… “too hire a member of staff.

Around 2 years ago a psychic told me one day I will have a staff member, but she said something I never forgot. Not to hire based on their qualifications she said “hire based on the person, because you can teach them the rest”

At the time I had no idea how I’d find the right person. Especially when all my clients say “I couldn’t ever trust anyone else with my skin but you”

But what I didn’t realise was that that staff member I had been searching for had been beside me all along.
