A little request from the Fade Away Clinic

Thank you to everyone whose appointments I’ve had to reschedule this week while I’ve been under the weather following an awful cold 🤒

I’d like to say that if you’re currently full of a cold, suffering with flu 🦠 symptoms or feeling generally unwell, please can you rearrange your appointments until you’re feeling better. Honestly, this episode of cold has been awful and I don’t want it again.

Good news is that I’m starting to feel well in myself and will be back to feeling 100% very soon 😊

🍂 The next few months are always some of the busiest months of the year!

As we head into autumn and towards the festive season, my diary will fill up fast with work events, family plans and Christmas celebrations.

As an advocate for healthy skin, I believe beautiful skin starts with the right foundations which include consistency, quality skincare and a personalised approach.

Night time is the perfect opportunity to support the skin’s natural renewal process, and a consistent, well structured routine helps to maintain a clean, hydrated and healthy looking complexion.

🌙 MY NIGHT TIME SKINCARE RITUAL

Step 1- I always cleanse my skin with a PCA skin cleanser to remove any makeup, excess oil to achieve clean skin.

Step 2 — I generally Treat & Tone my skin using the PCA hydrating toner and skin dual action redness relief. This step addresses my skin concerns such as dehydration, uneven skin tone and dullness.

Step 3 — I either finish my night time routine using the PCA hyaluronic acid overnight mask or collagen hydrator to lock in hydration and support my skin’s protective barrier while i sleep.

Oops I forget to mention 🙈 I also use the PCA retinol for sensitive skin once weekly which supports cell turnover and evens out my skin tone.

Remember ladies, consistency is the key when it comes to achieving and maintaining healthy looking skin.

Sorry I've been a little quiet on here lately but I've been focusing on something really important to me, creating a more work life balance.

If you've ever tried juggling a demanding NHS role whilst running your own business, It's not always the polished ‘’Instagram version" of balance. Some days it genuinely feels like two full-time roles at once, but Iv learned when to pause and when to step back.

Although I feel incredibly grateful to have both roles. The NHS keeps me grounded in why I love what I do and the Fade Away Clinic has given me the space to build something of my own and create a different kind of impact.

It's not perfect........but I'm learning to be okay with that especially on evenings like this when I finally get to switch off with a glass of my favourite Malbec 🍷
