A little nail chat from us… 💅🏼🤍

We know pricing and cancellation policies can sometimes feel like a touchy subject, so we wanted to take a little time to explain the why behind ours.

Our nail art pricing is based on the skill and detail involved, rather than simply the number of nails or the time it takes. From a classic French to detailed hand-painted designs, there’s a lot of skill and precision that goes into creating your finished set 🎨✨

We also wanted to explain why, if nail art or an additional service has been booked and then decided against on the day, the time reserved for that service is still chargeable. That time has been specifically set aside for you and unfortunately can’t always be filled at such short notice.

The same applies to our cancellation policy. We completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed.. we really do appreciate as much notice as possible when this happens 🤍

Our policies aren’t there to make anyone feel uncomfortable or to catch anyone out. They’re simply there to make sure our time, skills and small business are respected, while also keeping things fair for all of our clients.

We hope this little post helps explain things a bit more clearly, and as always, if you’re ever unsure which nail art level to book, just ask us! We’re more than happy to help 🫶🏼
