Good morning hope your all enjoying the festive season , as you know this is one of the busiest times of year in any salon , and although I completely understand that things happen out of our control , there has been a number of very last min cancellations for which if I’d had notice I would have been able to book people in waiting on cancellations , unfortunately this has given me no choice other than to put in place a 50% late cancellation fee if at least 24 hours notice isn’t given , and if it happens on more than one occasion a 50% non refundable deposit will be required upon booking next appointment, like I said I really do appreciate and understand that things happen out of our control , and I’m hoping you can understand my predicament of running a small business that last min cancellations really affect , thank you so much for taking the time to read , Nikki 😊 xx
