💕 IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT REMINDER 💕

Lovely ladies, please could I ask everyone to take a moment to check their upcoming Fresha appointments and make sure all of the treatments booked are the treatments you actually want and intend to have.

✨ Recently, I’ve had a number of clients arrive for their appointment and decide on the day that they no longer want certain treatments they had originally booked.

When you book multiple treatments, I reserve that full amount of time specifically for you.

If treatments are removed or changed on the day, this leaves me with appointment time that I am unable to fill at such short notice.

Please be mindful that booking extra treatments and then deciding not to have them on the day can affect my business and other clients who may have been waiting for an appointment.

📅 If you no longer want a treatment, please amend or cancel it as soon as you know, rather than waiting until your appointment.

I completely understand that circumstances and plans can change, but I kindly ask everyone to check their bookings in advance and ensure the correct treatments are booked in.

This helps me manage my time fairly and keeps my diary running smoothly.
