I needed this recharge more than ever!! This year Iโve tried to be as balanced as possible so that I could give everything at work and at home but still fill my cup. Thereโll always be something that has to take the hit but our mental health isnโt it ๐ญ๐ค

โFine line tattoos donโt heal well ๐คชโ
I always say that your tattoo may need a touch up and thatโs totally normal for fine line as there is less ink being deposited into the skin but itโs not always necessary. I think all but one of these examples have not been touched up and this is the healed product ๐ช๐ฝ๐ค
When looking at your tattoo healed I always say it should look a charcoal grey sort of colour and anything less than that or if there is a small part of the tattoo thatโs less than that, come back for the touch up โจ
When we talk about touch ups as well we donโt mean the whole tattoo. Itโs usually just some small tweaks here and there and youโll be sat in the chair for max 5 - 10 mins ๐๐
Tattoos are always going to look their freshest when first done but itโs how they heal that matters ๐ธ๐ซถ๐ป๐ค
Iโm so lucky you girls come back for more and more and I get to see the healed results ๐

Looking back at my very first tattoo compared to one of my most recent, I honestly canโt believe how far Iโve come in just 12 months ๐
To some people, being booked 5 weeks in advance might not seem like much, but to me itโs absolutely everything. Every appointment, every enquiry, every like, share and recommendation has helped me build something Iโm so proud of!
There have been times when people doubted me, judged me, or tried to tear me down, but instead of letting it stop me, I kept showing up, kept practising, and kept believing in myself (because I am that psychopath sorry hun ๐คฃ๐ซ )
I know I still have so much to learn and a long journey ahead of me as a tattoo artist, but today Iโm taking a moment to appreciate how far Iโve already come. Growth doesnโt happen overnight, and this past year has taught me that consistency, passion and determination really do pay off.
Thank you to every single person who has trusted me with your tattoos and supported my little business. I wouldnโt be here without you. ๐ค
