Important Update on Cancellation Policy

Good morning, I want to take a moment to address an important issue regarding short notice cancellations. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact my small business..

When appointments are canceled on short notice, it creates gaps in my diary that are challenging to fill, resulting in lost revenue and resources. This not only affects my ability to serve you but also impacts the overall sustainability of my business.

To ensure that I can continue to provide the best possible service, I kindly ask for your cooperation in giving as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. With this in mind I will now require a £30 deposit upon booking any appointment, if a short notice cancellation is triggered I will have no choice to make this deposit non refundable..
