As we welcome a new month, it’s the perfect time to give our skin a little seasonal refresh.

🧼 Keep your routine simple – Summer skin often benefits from lighter textures and gentle cleansing to remove sweat, sunscreen, and daily impurities.

🍓 Feed your skin from within – Colourful fruits and vegetables are packed with antioxidants that help support skin health.

🌱 Listen to your skin – If your skin feels oilier, drier, or more sensitive than usual, it may be time to adjust your routine rather than sticking with products that worked during winter.
