So this week I’ve been busy adding Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage to my toolkit. What an amazing course with Sally Kay
It’s been a wonderful week, training with fellow reflexologists from around the globe 🌍 Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Slovenia, Ireland, Wales & England.
Exploring the research and results this treatment can have, helping people with many conditions such as lymphoedema, fibromyalgia, and stress management, as well as lots of practical hands-on work has been amazing!
I’m looking forward to using this skill set in my treatment room ✨

A little professional update ✨
I’ve successfully completed Complementary Therapies in Cancer Care for Reflexology CPD training with Marie Duggan Butterfly Touch Therapies Ltd
This course has given me further understanding of adapting treatments to support those affected by cancer, with care, compassion, and comfort.
Continuing professional development is so important, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to keep learning and growing within my practice. 🦋

Hi, I’m Jo
I’m a Reflexologist and Foot Health Practitioner.
While I continue to offer foot health care, I am increasingly focusing on reflexology - supporting women’s wellbeing through a more holistic, therapeutic approach.
I’m passionate about creating a calm, supportive space where clients can relax, reset, and prioritise their health.
Alongside my work, I’m also a mum of two, engaged, and kept busy by our two dogs - so life is definitely full!
