To secure your appointment, a £10 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the final price of your appointment.

✨ Deposits
• £10 deposit required to secure all bookings
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received

⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange
• Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if enough notice is given
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the deposit being lost

⌛ Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the deposit will be lost

💌 Booking
All bookings are made via DM. Once your deposit is paid, your appointment will be confirmed.

Please respect my time as a small business. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations mean I lose income and other clients miss out on those slots.

❗ No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without letting me know, your £10 deposit will be lost and future bookings may require full payment upfront.

⏰ Late Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in your deposit being lost.

💬 Rescheduling
If you give 24+ hours notice, I’m happy to move your deposit to another appointment where possible.
