Over time your Microblading will change as it ages, it will either cool and become a bluey/grey colour or change to a salmon/red colour. In most cases this is not down to practitioner error, this is how the pigments age in our skin, if you needed a cooler brown colour for your skin type it will be the cooler colour from the original brown that lasts the longest in the skin and likewise for warmer browns, it will be the red that remains the longest, and you are left with brows that look unnatural.

The best option to revamp aged microblading that is not heavily saturated with pigment, is with a Powder Brow cover up.
This enables you to soften the brow, enhance the shape and revive the brow colour 🎨

🖊Defining those brows again with a microblading refresh.

Over time microblading strokes look ashy, or fade to red, and can break up making them not look as crisp as when they were first done. While I would only recommend microblading top ups three to four times before converting a client to powder brows, this client is a die hard microblading fan and luckily I could still work with the residual microblading that she still had to boost the definition of her brows.

I always look forward to seeing my healed work, I especially cannot wait to see these healed … We nailed that blonde brow!
