Does anybody not tone a scalp bleach?

Some times a raw lift is magic when left over natural hair to create dimension. But on its own after a scalp bleach with no dimension it always looks warmer and some people even experience banding.

Here we toned but also rebalanced making sure it was all the same shade of blonde and toned at the right level . How good does it look wet? Bright , clean and balanced ✨
