1️⃣ Using foaming cleansers that strip your skin
Winter skin is already dehydrated — harsh cleansers make it tighter, drier and more irritated. Switch to a gentle cream or gel cleanser to protect your moisture barrier.
2️⃣ Not adjusting your moisturiser for colder months
Your summer moisturiser won’t cut it in winter! You need something richer to lock in hydration and prevent flakiness.
3️⃣ Skipping SPF because “it’s not sunny”
UV rays are still out ALL year. No SPF = fine lines, dark spots and dryness… even in December. SPF is non-negotiable.
