Instead, I’m going to tell you to get more sleep, drink more water, manage your stress, look at your diet and understand your hormones.
Because as much as I LOVE great skincare, I know it’s only one part of the picture.
The truth is, your skin reflects what’s happening inside your body. If you’re stressed, dehydrated, lacking nutrients or your hormones are out of balance, there’s only so much your skincare routine can do.
The right products matter, but they aren’t the whole answer.

Wondering what to expect after microneedling? 🤔
Your skin goes through a normal healing process before revealing that healthy glow.
Days 1–2: Redness and a mild sunburn like sensation.
Days 2–3: Skin may feel dry and tight. Keep it clean and hydrated.
