I work to a very strict schedule throughout the day, and even a small delay can have a knock-on effect on every client booked after you. When appointments run late, it not only impacts the rest of my working day, but it also means I end up getting home later to my own family. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated and helps me provide the best possible service to everyone.

Reminder: Cancellation Policy

Dear Clients,

I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of my cancellation policy. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Additionally, no-shows or on the day cancellations will be charged the full price.

I understand things pop up from time to time, I am a very understanding person however I am still trying to run a business.
I do appreciate your understanding as I need to enforce this policy consistently.
