Here are 5 things you shouldn’t do after a facial:
❌ No makeup for at least 24 hours
❌ Don’t touch or pick at your skin
❌ Avoid direct sun & tanning beds
❌ Skip the gym/sauna for 24 hours (sweat = irritation)
❌ Hold off on harsh skincare (acids/retinols) for a few days

And here are 5 things you can do:
