Suitable for anti-aging and acne skin. Leaves skin soft, reduces pore size and hydrating.

A gentle exfoliation, such as microdermabrasion or a light enzyme scrub, is typically performed to remove dead skin cells and allow for better pe*******on of the mask's nutrients.
Steam/Hot Towels: Hot towels or steam may be used to open pores and further enhance the treatment's light massage at the end.

The feet and hands are usually cleaned, and sometimes a light scrub is performed to remove dead skin cells to ensure better absorption.
