June was a gorgeous month of music, camping, friends, heatwaves, plans, and of course massage. And I am so grateful for it.

But something no one talks about - the summertime burn out 🔥🫠

The pressure to always have the best time, enjoy the weather when it's here. The extra strain on our bodies & nervous systems in the severe heat, the organising of the trips. It can be a lot.

So, I'm welcoming July with the intention of slowing down. Actually taking the time to pause and reset my own nervous system.

She's baaaack 😂

My voice, feet, ankles and kneecaps are crying, but I am back in business today.

Thanks to everyone for their patience with my answering of messages. The lack of signal Download Festival was actually lovely so I decided to carry it on and had a few days post festival off social media just to have a proper chill and rest.

Who did everyone see and who was their favourite?!

If you need me, I'll be dancing my ass off in a field for 5 days 🤘🏼 with no signal and not a care in the world 🤗
