It's been another busy year and as it comes to a close, I'd like to take a moment to say a huge thank you to each and every person who kept me busy!

A small business can only survive with the support of each client through the door, gift voucher purchased, time taken to leave a review and follow or share on social media.

Thank you, your support means the world to me.

It's now time for me to take a few days away from the couch and be with my family. Minus my daughter, who's spending her second Christmas away travelling. The Aussie Santa is from her, spreading his Christmas sparkle from afar.

I've had a day off to do something special! It's definitely been a wonderful day so far and even the sun's come out.

Alongside being a massage therapist I'm a mum and today I'm a very proud mum. ❤

I've been away for a little CPD trip to Jing Masssge in Brighton and as ever, have had the best time.

The course was advanced massage for ribs, thorax and abdomen and opens the doorway for me to help alleviate all kinds of pain in these areas.

Working this part of the body can be really effective for many respiratory issues like asthma, Long Covid, shortness of breath, anxiety or for anyone who wants to improve their lung/rib/abdomen function.

Hot Stone Massage is lovely at any time of year, but when it's cold outside it feels that extra bit special!

These are just some of the stones I use for a full body hot stone massage. It's important to use the right stones. Not machine shaped, but naturally tumbled stones with a consistently smooth texture. These beautiful basalt stones are the most popular to use, as they retain their heat and provide the deepest relaxation possible.

The stones are slowly glided over the skin, allowing release of tight muscles and helping the nervous system to relax. The deepness of relaxation with this bodywork can be profound and can induce a sedation of the nervous system.

When the body truly relaxes and muscles release built up tensions, the body's natural healing ability can take place.

I've now closed for Christmas and finished on a high, with lots of wonderful regular clients keeping me busy to the end!
