After 2 years of being quite literally in the face of covid, it has finally got me...and the rest of my household...I'm always late to the party!

Thank you for all your lovely messages and to my neighbours for getting us supplies. We have actually been ok and I am grateful for a lot of things that we don't think about. For example, the slowing down and just relaxing, not being at my usual work (A&E) has let my body AND brain rest. I know my colleagues have had a challenging week (not because I'm not there 😂) and as always I want to send a ton of love to my work family.

My skin! Most of my skin has benefitted from a little TLC and respite from the sun, the makeup, stress and lack of water. If your skin is like mine, it is sensitive and unpredictable.

I think we could tell you everything you need to know about Encanto. My partner has gone slighty stir crazy with the taunts of Bruno!

I will be back in clinic ASAP and the people I had to cancel will take priority.
