Well that’s a wrap🎁 from me for 2025!😊. All that remains is for me to say a huge thank you to all of my lovely clients for your continued support, particularly throughout this year which has been more difficult for me than most. I am certainly ready for a good rest! I will be back with a bang on January 6th, refreshed & ready to help you on your wellness journey.

After another busy week helping clients get some relief from issues such as frozen shoulder, Achilles tendinopathy & hip flexor strain; it’s time to take a well earned break away from clinic. I’ll be back working again from 28th May.
