People assume wedding mornings are glamorous.

Mostly they're quiet concentration.

I'm usually the calmest person in the room, not because nothing ever goes wrong, but because I've built enough structure into the morning that small things don't throw me off.

A late bridesmaid, a change of mind on the veil, a room with one plug socket - none of it derails the timeline if the timeline had room for it in the first place.

That calm doesn't come from experience alone.

It comes from having a system running in the background the whole time.

Most trials start with "so what look are you thinking?" 💭

But the questions that actually change the outcome are the ones nobody asks first:

Is the ceremony indoors or out?
What time of day?
Is there wind, heat, or humidity to plan for?
What's the bride doing between getting ready and the ceremony?
is there a car journey, a photo session in the garden, anything that puts hair to the test before it's even "showtime"?

A beautiful trial style can fall apart by 3pm if it wasn't built for the actual day.

Ask the boring questions early - they're the ones that save the wedding morning.
