⏰ Late Arrival Policy
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may experience a shortened service, a delayed start, or may need to be rescheduled to a later time or even date . This ensures all clients receive quality service and the schedule stays on time.

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Love Cuts by Christine requires 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee.
• No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and must be paid before rebooking.
