Just a little note to kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We will always do everything we can to get you back in once you’re feeling better, at a time that suits.
There have been a lot of people coming in sick recently with colds, flu, and COVID going around, and unfortunately this has resulted in illness being passed on.
Equally, we are trying very hard not to pass any illnesses on to our clients or have clients inadvertently catch anything within our salon. Given our space is quite small, we all share the air and the risk is higher.
We try to push through and continue working when we are sick, but ultimately this can result in us having to take time off work. We would much rather reschedule one appointment than risk having to reschedule a full week’s worth.
So please, please, please — if you’re unwell or even starting to show symptoms, let us know and we’ll rearrange for you.

Dear Clients,

We’ve noticed that some clients have tried to visit the salon over the past few days. Please be aware that we are currently on holiday and will reopen on Saturday, the 15th.

Our phone line will only ever be unavailable when we are on holiday, in which case it will be turned off. If we are busy and unable to answer during working hours, please try calling again later. For updates on salon closures, please check our page.

If the side gate is closed, it means the salon is not open. We kindly ask that you do not try to gain access if the front gate is closed, this indicates that we are closed or outside of working hours. Please avoid visiting the salon unless you are attending your appointment. We’re not trying to be difficult to reach, but maintaining healthy boundaries is important to ensure we can provide the best service possible.

Due to our new working structure, we kindly ask that all bookings and inquiries be made via our phone line, as there is no one available at the salon to take or arrange appointments in person.
