People see the nails, the lashes, the laughs and the chaos 😂… but what they don’t always see is everything that goes on behind the scenes.

We’re not just a group of girls who work alongside each other. We’re a team.

And being a team isn’t just about turning up for work. It’s about turning up for each other.

We’ve all had our own struggles. We’ve all had days when life outside the salon has felt heavy. There have been tears, wobbles, big life changes, difficult times and plenty of moments when one of us has needed the others to pick her back up.

And we do. ❤️

We laugh together, we listen, we take the mickey out of each other 😂, we celebrate each other’s wins and when one of us is struggling, the rest seem to instinctively rally around.

I’m incredibly proud of the business I’ve built over the years, but I’m even prouder of the people within it.

Different ages. Different personalities. Different lives. Occasionally completely bloody dysfunctional 😂… but always a team.

These girls are a huge part of what makes Taylor Made Nails what it is.

And I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🥰
