Today Is world mental health day.
Just a reminder that we are all human.
Life isn't the same experience for everyone.
It gets better 🙏.
I'm no stranger to poor mental health. I can absolutely vouch for sauna helping with this.
Book a sauna somewhere, sit with strangers and strip it all back to basics. Trust me. It helps.
DMS always open if you need me 🙏

October sauna sessions at Stableview are here 🔥
We’ve got Wednesdays AND Saturdays covered this month, so there’s hopefully a session that works for you.
📍 Stable View café, Dale Abbey, Derby
🧖♂️ 55 minutes
💷 £16 per session
🔥 Wednesday 5–8pm
🔥 Saturday 4–7pm
Come on your own, bring a mate, meet some new people, or just disappear into the heat for 55 minutes.
Proper wild sauna, good people and a bit of time to yourself.
Book your spot through the website:
www.secretsaunaclub.com
PLEASE NOTE: The café is closed during these sessions, so there is no café or toilet access. Plan accordingly! 😅
Is it just nostalgia, or am I making a good point?
I love to do something real, rather than something "reel"... See what I did there... Nevermind 😂
I feel society shifting towards more meaningful social interactions, run clubs, brunch, hiking groups... I think sauna ticks the same boxes at the same time as more passively looking after you mental and physical wellbeing.
Try it. Let me know what you think.
Bonus points if you ride your bikes to the sauna 💪

Black clock people rarely spot ✅
Black hooks you can't find when it goes dark ✅
Paying the price for looking "sleek"by having to repeat myself that they exist ✅😂😂.
Hi, my name is Joe and this is a PSA 😂😂.
Clock on the outside because I want you to listen to your body. Maybe we all need to have less of an idea of the time from time to time...
Or I just don't love sand timers 🤔
