A quick update…

Another season in football completed with two fantastic clubs and medical departments- it’s been a total joy to work with both. A special thanks to Lennon and Cyriel for the signed strips, it means a lot.

Not only having had such a great season with the clubs. At Christmas time we welcomed our perfect addition to the family, Rowan, she’s really taken our hearts.

As I soon head off on holiday I will still be working with private clients during the period before and after as usual, drop me a message if needed.

Look forward to doing it all again next season.

Superb service. Thanks again Gregg 🏡

A recent 6 week rehab journey.
Having crashed out in a race in the Czech Republic back in May, I suffered a set back I needed treatment for.
Am MRI showed that the elbow was sprained and damage had been done to the ligament on the tricep.
Light treatment and the use of arnica allowed the elbow to heal properly while a conditioning programme also took place.
Now the elbow is back to full function and and I am back racing again, hoping for a good end to the season.
