Usually, September is the month where everything slows down for me in the studio
Between summer holidays, the decent weather, kids being at home, and back to school excitement September is usually my quite month
But 2026 threw a curveball. Instead of a quiet month, we’ve actually been really busy, and ive been so happy about it. We have been welcoming so many new clients who are up for being experimental, lots of Creative Chaos cuts, and just having fun with their hair.
Rebranding to Creative Chaos earlier this year has definitely helped bring in the exact vibe we were looking for.
A little recap of my September, lots of hair, getting my own hair done, and some good exploring to recharge.

I'm forever thinking of ways to improve my space, my education, my skills and my clients experience
I love to look at hair and beauty reels, listen to podcasts about salon life, self improvement, and about being a business owner and all the things in-between
Living so close to the studio means I can pop in and out when I fancy, if I work late or start early im only a 10 minute walk away before moving so close I would dread the commute home( I say commute it wasn't far but the trains regularly would be delayed) it would cause me so much stress. The happiness I have now just to bop down the hill and be back in 10 is unmatched.
