• Retreats •
2027 retreats are here! More info to follow soon but we’ve taken our beautiful plant kin deep dives in North Cornwall and opened them up to a different kind of depth.
These retreats will all be centred around our connection with self, plant kin and land.
They are all different in their energy, intention and connection but all nestled in the beautiful Halamiling farm and held with the same wonder and care.
If you have been wanting to work with these kin, the details will be on the website within the week.
I’m so looking forward to them! And of course our Mugwort Deep Dive coming up after Samhain this year.
• Flower Remedies •
I love these remedies. They are easy to make and can allow some beautiful time spent with kin learning their energetic and emotional ways of being and how they affect self.
This video is a little choppy but when you make your own the water needs ~3 hours in the sun (or moon) and if you have time, you can make remedies from kin you have spent time with.
You just need a few drops of the remedy when needed and you can have a simple (one plant) or a blend (with more than one plant as I’ve made here).
Make sure you know the plants you collect from as even with such a short time in a cold infusion you are making a remedy that has physiological effects too.
Share your makes with me!

Tis here! I love these cyanotypes - they were fun to do, used the sun as artist and were magical!
Each page has some info about the plant in the cyanotype and energetics and magical uses.
It’s also printed on lovely thick card - both writable and sturdy for longevity. Thanks to my local printers for that!
£20 - going in shop this week. Dm me is you’d like one if I haven’t managed to upload when you check!
Btw I have lots in my website shop - some people didn’t know this when I spoke with them last wknd so a reminder 🩷

• Earth Medicine •
Lovely to start this year’s cohort of Earth Medicine, our year long foundation in herbalism.
We began with the Earth element weekend and worked with hawthorn, rose, elder and baobab.
We looked at wild crafting and cultivating herbal medicine, community medicine gardens and community herbalism, food as medicine, connecting with land and painting with botanical inks.
We used our senses to see, hear, smell, taste and feel our herbal kin and and deepen our relationship with hawthorn through their berries and seasonal kin.
We made hawthorn prayer arrows and felt into our own needs in terms of connection with land and self through threshold crossings and mindful time.
We made medicines as food such as syrups, oxymels, vinegars and teas.
It was a beautiful weekend and an honour to meet all the students and so may it continue through water, ether, air and fire and into deeper community.
Thanks to Carla Lucia Atkins Hippopot Clare Bear for being awesome.

• Earth Weekend •
Putting together the welcomed packs for this weekend’s first wknd in our year long herbal medicine training. Really looking forward to it!
Have shared some snaps of the last cohort and hope we’ll have a beautiful deep journey with each other and plant kin.
We have a few students from the last few years coming at points in the year to support and the wonderful team of Hippopot Carla Lucia Atkins and Clare Bear sharing their experiences and expertise.
Our threshold will be Earth this weekend and we will feel into all that Earth offers and holds.
Will post more pics after the weekend!
• Mugwort •
Going to seed now 😍
Well done - mugwort is soon to be on its way too you!
We are hitech here Wild Apothecary - for all the entries we made little written notes and cut them up then pondered whether we should make them into stars, curls or leaves… ease won and you were all muddled up in a bit of a label scrum. So to speak.
If anyone else would like a bundle be in touch! But you’ll have to invest your hard earned pennies ✨☺️😊
Thanks for all who engaged and shared! 🩷❤️

Sorry about the building noises! Ongoing work along the lane…
So Earth Medicine Foundation in Herbalism starts this month! Books close at the end of next week so this is the last opportunity to enrol.
It’s gonna be super fun, centred around connection with plants, each other, self and landscape and we’re gonna build our little community so that herbal teachings ripple through each of our communities.
Lots of experiential work, outdoor work and inner work. We have a beautiful year long schedule with all kinds of gorgeous offerings.
Can’t wait to start with the new cohort - there’ll be soups and cakes and rose chocolates no doubt to guide us in 😍
Be in touch if you’d like to join - all deets on website.
• Yarrow •
Yarrow tea is a must for any herbal first aid. Also essential oil is amazing! (We’ll have to talk about that soon!).
This is the kin I adore and often use for protection and empowerment. Yay!
Gorgeous too and makes amazing tea as aerial parts or just flower heads.
How do you work with this gorgeous kin? 😍
And remember the chai for Nepal & Tibet! £15 a bag and I’ve 3 bags left at present. All proceeds to the charities. And thanks to those of you who simply donated!
Still trying to reconnect my IG to my FB page for you all but it's not working ... bear with... in the mean time here is my post shared to the wrong bit of FB!

We have a gorgeous group forming for Earth Medicine Level 1 in September! This year long course is held in Stroud, Gloucestershire in a beautiful hall with a garden by the babbling river. We go out on explorations and connection with land on each of the 5 weekends and we get to meet a whole lot of plant kin.
We make medicines, we talk and feel out energetics, we have seed saving, astrology, folklore, botany, flower pressings, drawing, sharing, discussing, joyous laughter and poignant moments of depth. This course is for anyone interested in Herbal Medicine and serves as a route into various professional trainings as it's supported by NIMH.
Get in touch if this is for you! I'll post more pictures of this year's course soon for some inspiration.
Pls share too! Thank you, Amaia
