It’ll probably go away…
It’s one of the most common things I hear from clients.
The reality? Sometimes it does. But many injuries start as a small ache before gradually becoming something that stops you training, working or enjoying daily life.
Your body is very good at adapting, but those adaptations often mean other muscles and joints start doing work they weren’t designed for. That’s when small issues can become longer recoveries.
Getting assessed early doesn’t always mean weeks of treatment. Often, it’s a case of identifying what’s causing the problem, making a few changes and giving you the right plan before it escalates.
If you’ve got a ni**le that’s been hanging around, don’t wait until it forces you to stop doing what you enjoy.
