September always feels like a bit of a reset, doesn’t it? 🔁

After a summer of late nights, holidays and busy weekends, life doesn’t feel so busy as we now try to settle back into routine.

But don’t worry and try jumping straight back to it - you just a few good habits and a little consistency to help you feel your best.

And when you need a little time to reset and recharge, you know where to find us. 🙌

Never tried contrast therapy and not sure where to start? 👀

Here’s one way you could spend your session at the Recovery Club!

Start with a little stretch and mobility, give the compression boots a try, then move into two rounds of sauna + chill tub before finishing with a shower to head out feeling fresh. ✨

There’s no complicated formula and no pressure to get it ‘perfect’ - this is just simply an example session to help get you started.

Adjust it, take your time and find a routine that works for you.

⭐️ Save this for your next visit and let us know how you get on!

Good news for the introverts 😂

At The Recovery Club, your booking is your time and your space. No strangers joining you, no crowded facilities and no awkward sauna small talk 🫢

Come alone, bring a partner or grab a mate - whoever you choose - it’s your recovery, your way.

And sometimes the best way to relax and recharge is having a little space to yourself ✨

ugh FINE we can hang out at The Recovery Club if you really want 🙄

Zip in, choose your intensity and let the boots do the work. ⚡️

Our Pulsio compression boots use controlled pressure around the legs to give them that ‘ahhh’ feeling.

Give them a try on your next visit to The Recovery Club.
