After 6+ years of doing what I love, owning my first salon, moving abroad and then deciding to start all over again… today I officially opened the doors to my new little home. 🥹
Starting again in a completely new area after being used to a diary booked weeks in advance is scary, but I’ve poured absolutely everything into making this space feel like me, down to every last little detail. 🐆✨
And I couldn’t have done any of it without Franks. From an idea in my head to building this little dream with me and finally celebrating the finished result… this one means a lot. ♡

I’ve been SO excited for this new chapter, but I’d be lying if I said it hasn’t also felt incredibly daunting.
After 6 years of building my career to being fully booked weeks in advance, having a waitlist and seeing so many familiar faces every day, relocating means essentially starting from scratch again in a completely new area.
New cabin. New location. New clients. Back to introducing myself and building it all over again. 🥹
But I’m reminding myself that I’m not really starting from nothing, I’m starting with 6 years of experience, everything I’ve learnt along the way and a business I’m so proud of.
And while I’m building my new client base here in Ely, I’m so grateful I still get to regularly head back to Sudbury and see the clients who have been such a huge part of getting me to this point. You girls already know the drill. 🤎

After a LOT of hard work getting this account back up and running, I’m so happy to finally be able to reintroduce myself and say… my new chapter officially starts on the 22nd September! 🥹✨
I’m Star, the face behind NAILED IT BY STAR, and after 6+ years in the nail industry, I’m starting my newest journey here in Ely from my very own private nail cabin. 💅🏼
And when I say I’ve created the space I’ve always dreamed of… I mean it. 🥹
It’s a private 1-to-1 space designed to still feel elegant and professional, but with personality, comfort and all the little extras that make it feel like more than just coming to get your nails done. I genuinely cannot WAIT to show you the finished cabin. 🍒🐆
