A little reflexology refresher completed ✨

I decided to revisit my training and deepen my knowledge, particularly the more spiritual aspects of reflexology. It’s been such a lovely experience learning from someone whose passion and understanding shine through in everything they teach.

One of the biggest things I took away from this course was confidence. Sometimes we can question ourselves when others make us feel like we don’t belong, but this experience reminded me that qualifications are only part of the story. Natural ability, intuition, compassion and a genuine desire to help people matter too.

I’m proud to say that the feedback was incredibly positive and it turns out reflexology comes very naturally to me. 💫

What made the experience special was the space that was created throughout the day. We laughed, we cried, we explored vibrational and healing work, and shared some truly meaningful conversations. It was a beautiful reminder that this work is about connection, empowerment and supporting one another.

A beautiful reminder that it’s always worth trusting your abilities, and continuing to learn.
