Phoned Nectar twice now to tell them my card had been fraudulently used. Latest phone call, after asking them when I will receive some sort of correspondence from the complaints dept I was told maybe by the end of this week !!!! I have already waited a week. I was then told to use positive vibes !!!! Come on Nectar retrain your staff absolutely disgusting !!!
