To all our clients booked in on the lead up to Christmas, we do send out confirmation texts up to a week before your appointment, if you could try reply "YES" or "NO" so we can see ahead of time & either fill the slot with our cancellation list or offer it to someone else. Just we are having a lot of last minute cancellations or no shows.

We do understand & appreciate things to happen or crop up but the more notice we have the better. ☺️
