With over 14 years of experience, his own successful clinic in Middlesbrough, and his role as Global Faculty Trainer for Allergan Aesthetics, he is widely recognised as one of the industry’s leading injectors and educators.

As part of my clinical journey with Allergan, our focus today was neck rejuvenation, an area that is often overlooked but can have a significant impact overall facial harmony and ageing. What I love about advanced aesthetic medicine is that there is rarely one treatment that delivers the best outcome in isolation. A holistic assessment is ESSENTIAL!

What made today particularly special for me was reflecting on where my own journey began. The first time I trained with Rashpal, I was completely novice. I remember being absolutely petrified of holding a cannula, let alone using one confidently. At this stage, I simply wasn’t ready for the level of advanced training he was delivering. Fast forward 4 years, countless hours of study, practice, mentorship and treating patients safely and ethically and today I felt ready to return the training room, and I hope he could see the growth as much as I could feel it!

This is a reminder that excellence in aesthetics isn’t achieved overnight. It takes time, patience, experience and commitment to continuous learning. The industry is complex, and it should never be rushed!

To patients: choose your injector wisely and look beyond the before and after photos and ask about ongoing training and educations.

To the practitioners: this can’t be taught in a one day course. No matter how long you have been injecting you’re always learning. The moment you think you know it all is the moment you stop growing.
