🚗 PARKING PERMITS 🚗

Just a reminder we have parking permits available for clients, these are required to park in the area between 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm.

They are £1 each so please try and remember this when coming in 🙏 we hate to have to charge for them but we can sometimes go through 20-30 per week so it just isnt feasible as a small business.

I had free reign today...client wanted a change and I think we delivered 🙌🍁🧡

Please can everyone make sure when booking their next appointment that they make a note of it.
This week we've had 3 no shows/last minute cancellations due to clients forgetting they had booked in. This has a huge impact on small businesses like ourselves.
Also this is the school holidays meaning we have had to find and sometimes pay for childcare so we can work, and although we have a cancellation list its often too short notice to fill the space.
We hate to post anything negative as this doesn't happen often and we understand things crop up. But please if you are wanting to book in advance make sure you write it down and let us know if you cant make it 🖤

🔔 PLEASE RING THE BELL!! 🔔

We keep our door locked whilst in the salon, so please ring the bell DO NOT keep trying the handle as we've already had to have it repaired twice due to customers thinking the handle is just stuck. An easy mistake to make if you're unaware its locked, but please take note of this post for your next visit 🖤
