I completely understand that sometimes plans can change, so I kindly ask that you give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full appointment amount.�• No-shows will also be charged the full appointment amount.�• If you’re more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately your appointment may no longer be able to go ahead, as I have other clients booked in afterwards.
In this case, the full appointment amount will still be charged.
