My cancellation policy is pinned to my page as are my prices from 2023 x I’ve been in business 10 years now, done lots of training to offer the treatments I do and for being in business so long my prices are some of the most reasonable out there for quality lash extensions. They’re not rushed, my volume fans are hand made and I pay more for high quality products - no cheap glue over here 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m also mobile and don’t add a fuel surcharge 🥰

One or two clients have now and again been paying what they want without any agreement from me, which puts me in an awkward position to have to then send my prices over - something I hate. And when clients cancel last minute, it’s sometimes not taken into consideration that this is my business and my wage that pays my bills!

I’ll be updating my brow prices accordingly and for now I’m not increasing my lash prices, even with rising costs of fuel and products are almost doubling in price, I haven’t in over three years.

Thank you for reading and feel awful having to post this but I’m too soft sometimes and this has been needed to be addressed for a while. Any questions my inbox is always open x always so grateful for my lovely clients 😘
