I was able to massage Sophie the other day, she had a persisting shoulder problem which was affecting her while sleeping and during the day. We discussed Sophies issues and day to day to life and focused on both sides to ensure no extra load was not been taken on the unaffected side!

We were able to plan out a recovery plan to allow Sophie to feel pain free. It’s so amazing to get feedback and see the difference regular massage upkeep can do for someone !
