Due to an increase in last minuet cancellations and no shows, i have had no choice but to introduce a booking fee. I understand this is not everyone and want to thank my loyal clients for always showing up and giving me plenty of notice. Appointments can still be changed with a 48hour notice and the booking fee can be transferred this will then be deducted from the overall cost on the day of treatments.
