Eyeballs and wound made out of a simple moulding latex, get you're clay, get the deserved look, mixed the latex and flour until it's creamy, cover the lay and voilà an easy and cheap way of making a prosthetic

Well howdy my lovelies, i know the world is very mad at the moment so what better time to help out my fellow sfx people. If you are stuck for supplies this is a step by step on how to make scar putty ☺️ the pictures arent the best, i didnt wait for things to dry, but follow the steps have a play, its really worth it, i normally use mehron or ben nye, this is a saver, especially if you cant get out and get materials ☺️

Mix petroleum jelly and flour

Now this is a give or take, for me its one part jelly two parts flour, but its just a bit of a guess. If the mixture is too sticky add flour, if its too lumpy add jelly

Once you have your mixture place it wherever needed, start blending out the edges into the skin making sure it has a 3d effect, score your wound, or if your keeping it as a normal scar keep the same

I add some latex over the top to harden the mixture (didnt wait till it was ready) once this is dry add fountain, i already had this on so it didnt help 😂😂

Get your colour wheel, eyeshadows etc, start colouring in the wound this just helps it look deeper.

Add your blood, i have always used mehron stage blood i love it!! Bit pricey but well worth it

Let it all settle, then enjoy your creation 😊

I know i have totally neglected this page, and im so sorry guys, things have definitely been hectic BUT ive had decisions to make and i have finally made them. So this page will be active with my work, videos and tutorials. Thats right i have now went fully freelance, its been a long time coming.
