Think of it like booking a seat at the cinema.

Once you’ve booked your seat, the cinema can’t sell it to anyone else.

A salon appointment works exactly the same way.

When you book with us, we reserve that time just for you. We make sure your stylist is available and everything is ready for your appointment.

If you don’t turn up, we’ve still paid the cost of providing that appointment.

That’s why we ask for a deposit.

It’s not about trust. It’s about protecting a small independent business from unnecessary costs.

If you’re not sure what your week looks like, give us a call on the day. If we have space, we’ll always do our best to fit you in. But if you want a specific day or time, booking in advance is always the best option.
