8 weeks post op and finally starting to resemble myself again.
Anyone who had recently had or is having this surgery hope is not lost. I spent weeks not being able to look in the mirror and crying because of my reflection. It’s hard to look at yourself and not recognise your face.. but it is all part of the journey and the results are soo worth it!

I can’t believe how I looked just a couple of weeks ago, wondering if I would ever like my face again, but now the worst part of the recovery is over, I can focus on getting back to some sort of base line 🥲 it has definitely been challenging at times both physically and mentally but I am so happy with my results and I can’t wait to see the end result! ❤️

Hi everyone! The online booking system isn’t quite live yet and we need to take some pics of the salon first to get it live, however I can book you in manually first for now 🤗

These are my working times from the 24th March and working on a 2 week rotation as I was before with a bit more availability ☺️

Join us from 11am for our soft opening celebration — with the ribbon being cut at 11:11am (it had to be 😉✨).

✨ A little bit about me ✨

Hi everyone, I’m Bethany – co-owner and beautician and aesthetician of Eleven.

My journey into beauty began around 8 years ago — not in a salon, but on maternity leave with two babies… and pregnant with my third.

At the time I was working in a call centre, and when I realised childcare for three little ones would cost more than my wage, I knew something had to change. I didn’t want to spend my evenings rushing home just in time for baths and bedtime. I wanted time with my children.

Beauty had always been my passion (even though my mam — a barber herself — tried to push me down a more academic path). So while on maternity leave I started doing makeup to earn a little extra money… which turned into wedding bookings… which turned into earning my full monthly wage.

I then trained in lashes — and that’s when everything really took off.

When maternity leave ended, I handed in my notice and took the biggest risk of my life — I chose myself.

Since then I’ve completed countless courses, gone back to college for my Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy, advanced into aesthetics, and built my business from home, mobile, a converted garage salon… and eventually my first rented salon room.

For the past 5½ years I’ve grown, perfected my craft and built the most loyal client base — many of whom have become close and some of them even best friends.

I don’t specialise in just one thing because I genuinely love it all — but lashes will always have a soft spot in my heart. My attention to detail and perfectionism are what set me apart, and I truly believe this is what I was born to do.

I offer lash extensions, lash lifts, brow & body waxing, tints, 5 types of facials (relaxing & evasive), full body massage, nails & extensions, fillers and the magic tox 😉, fat dissolving, microblading & semi permanent makeup, caflon piercing, vitamin injections, pedicures, manicures, makeup, and a few others so I’m pretty much here for any beauty needs you can think of. I can’t wait to start showing off my work and showing you all what I can do!

Being self-employed gave me the freedom to raise my children myself — and no matter how big Eleven grows, they will always be my number one priority.

Alongside building my own business, I’ve also completed my Teaching & Education qualification. Being able to pass on my knowledge and help other women create the same freedom and opportunities I’ve built for myself is something I’m incredibly proud of. There is space for all of us to succeed in this industry, and if I can help someone else take that leap, I absolutely will. So keep your eyes peeled for training courses once we settle in.

Opening Eleven with my best friend feels like everything has aligned at exactly the right time. We’ve waited for the right space… and trust me, it was worth the wait.
