The Little Hair Lounge – Cancellation Policy

At The Little Hair Lounge, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for adequate notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your booking.

Cancellation Charges

* 48 hours’ notice or less – A charge of 25% of the scheduled service total will apply.
* 24 hours’ notice or less – A charge of 50% of the scheduled service total will apply.
* No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the appointment cost.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and the full appointment cost may still apply.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations within the above notice periods.
