Feeling a little chilly tonight … but Gary says it’s still too early to put the heating on! So my thoughts have turned to Christmas shopping 🤣

Temple Spa have launched their gorgeous gift range and this year it’s very sensory and called ‘Moments that Move Us’.

There are some lovely new gifts and some twists on favourites. More reasonably priced too this year I feel.

So far I’ve tried the Truffle Mousse and it’s so good with that lovely Truffle signature aroma. I’ve also tried the In The Beginning which is everyone’s favourite ‘Spa in a Jar’ but for Christmas it also has Neroli in it - a gorgeous essential oil derived from the flowers of the Neroli and a lovely base note tone.

This Sunday sees our next Soundbath. As we've moved into the 'ber' months and head into a new time of year, we will be doing an end of Summer Soundbath coupled with a beautiful medative Yoga Nidra practice, again celebrating the end of Summer.

An hour of guided visualisation, focus on you, going inwards and transporting you somewhere else with sound. This will be a truly relaxing afternoon and I hope to see you all there. Message to reserve your spot. Anna x

Two new pieces, different techniques. The first is called ‘Wind’ - inspired by wintry, frosty, windy elements and embellished with horse-eye rhinestones which look so pretty. The second is called ‘Autumn Leaves’ and has gold relief and 2-tone bronze paint, inspired by yellow citrine.

Too hot! But it’s almost the ‘ember’ months which means darker evenings, chilly feel in the air and candles! I’m ready for it!

My first crafty creation of the coming season, in lovely autumnal colours. Made with crystals of citrine, quartz, Baltic amber and aventurine with orange glass prisms to catch the sun. It took ages; a lot longer than I thought 🫣
