We’re looking for a creative, organised and tech savvy Social Media, Digital & Bookings Coordinator to support both House of Cosmetics and The Cosmetics Uni.

This is a remote, work from home role and would suit someone who genuinely understands social media and digital marketing, rather than simply posting content.

The role will include:

✨ Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
✨ Using Canva and other marketing tools to create professional posts
✨ Helping grow and market both brands across social platforms
✨ Responding to enquiries and helping manage client and student bookings
✨ Keeping on top of messages and following up enquiries
✨ Updating website content when required
✨ Uploading and managing our online training courses
✨ Supporting launches, offers and course promotions
✨ General digital and administrative support across both businesses

We’re looking for someone who is creative, reliable, organised and confident with technology, with a good eye for branding and marketing.

Experience using Canva, social media platforms and digital/website systems is essential. Experience within beauty, aesthetics, training or online courses would be an advantage.
