So sorry to who ever has tried ring the shop I've pressed a do not disturb button that I didn't realise was there until I got messages asking why they couldn't get through 🤦🏽‍♀️ I do apologise.
But please also remember ria is on mat leave and I only have one pair of hands so if I'm shampooing etc I can't always get to phone 1st time.
Alllllllllllllso if Anyone needs to cancel/rearrange please do so in good advance as my cancellation list is longer than the school holidays 😂😫

This customers was referred by another hairdresser and no I took no deposit. 😫 we're in 2025 it's just manners to cancel, there's no problem or issue about cancelling we don't hold it against you for future appointments unless there was no notice as we have a massive cancellation list, there's always someone who would want your appointment OR I could potentially finish early 🎉I also have a life...
because this was a new customer I sent 2 messages asking to confirm and also rang and got the phone put down on me 😂😂😂
A simple phone call I don't want/need the appointment was all that was necessary.

Anyway the moral of the story is I can now book another customer in who will be thrilled 🤩
But please do the right thing because otherwise I might not of been able to pay my mortgage because of a phone call 📞

For those who don't know I'm now on Holliday 🌞🕶️🐠🍹✈️ I won't be taking any appointments or messages until my return on the 27th august, I'm having a much needed rest.

Please don't hesitate to ring shop or message because I do have a cancellation list that does regularly get customers sorted. Absolutely gutted turning customers down but I can't work anymore hours than I do I'm burnt out 😫🙈😩
