With the north east and most of England being placed into tier 4, we will be closed from today until at least the 13th of January when it will be reviewed. So any appointments tomorrow until then will be cancelled. Sorry for any inconvenience. Hope everyone has a great new year and we’ll see you soon. Stay safe ✌🏽

Due to the new Government lockdown rules, we will be closed from Thursday 5th of November. We are currently fully booked for the Tuesday and Wednesday on Booksy, but due to the high demand I will be doing extra appointments after our regular hours, please send us a message or give us a call to get booked in. Well today was a new experience, thanks to everyone for keeping to the rules and sorry if we could't fit you in today, we have some appointments available from Wednesday, feel free to send us a message via facebook or us the BOOKSY app to book straight in. I will reply to all texts, missed calls or messages as soon as i can, but there was quite a few. Back again tomorrow, Stay safe ✌️

Too day is the day. Just a reminder we are only doing appointments, this saves people standing outside for long periods of time and gives us the time to clean the shop between each client and change all our PPE. We will require clients in the shop to wear masks and we have some available if you need one, we ask for a donation if you are using one of our masks with all proceeds going to the Sunderland Community Soup Kitchen.

When coming to an appointment please follow the shop etiquette,

• Arrive at your appointment time only. You cannot enter the shop earlier than 5 minutes before you appointment time.
• Arrive alone for appointments, unless children are with parents or you have a carer
• Sanitise hands on entry
• All clients are required to wear a face covering, unless medically exempt.
• Please maintain social distancing of 2m from other patrons

We will still be cash only, just while we get card payments set up.
